Get cheeky with the right blush color for your fair skin. I know it’s hard for you fair-skinned women to find a blush shade that’s not too dark. From pink to coral and fuchsia, here are the perfect shades to complement your complexion!

Finding A Blush Color For Your Fair Complexion

We’re almost done with the second week of the new year. Indeed, time really flies so fast! Before we know it, it’s already spring and summer. Ah, the beach has come a-calling! Can’t wait for another getaway with friends and family. Are you excited too? Then you better get your look summer-ready. If you have fair skin and you’re looking for the right makeup, then you’ve come to the right blog post. I will share with you the best blush color that will flatter your complexion, enhance your undertone, and, most of all, make sure you won’t end up looking like a clown. *wink* Are you ready?

This is makeup-free Emma Stone. Is she fresh from her Golden Globe win? We aren’t sure, but we know she has a luminous, gorgeous fair skin. And I tell you she can do away with any makeup and still look amazing. But a little blush color wouldn’t hurt. 🙂 So which shade should we pick?

Oops . . . don’t scroll yet. Answer the question first. I’ll give you 15 seconds.

Done?

All right, for women with fair skin like Emma Stone, there are four great choices:

1. Baby Pink

A lot of people tend to use the words “fair” and “pale” interchangeably. They are similar but not exactly the same. You get what I mean? What sets them apart is the hint of pink present in fair-skinned women.

So it shouldn’t be surprising if the best – and perhaps the universal – blush color for fair women is baby (or soft) pink. It looks natural and makes your cheek appear just a bit flushed as if you’re really blushing. 🙂

2. Peach

If you are not a huge fan of soft or baby pink, you want something a bit different, or there’s just no pink blush around, you can go for peach. The great thing about this shade is it’s applicable to almost all types of skin complexions. For those with fair skin, this is perfect for women with warm undertones.

Note: You’re probably wondering what your undertone is. A quick way is to conduct a vein test. Check the color of the veins inside your wrist. If it’s green, then you have a warm undertone. If it’s purple or blue, then you have a cool undertone. Otherwise, if you can’t tell the difference, then you’re neutral.

3. Fuchsia

For a more romantic look, I highly recommend light berry, purple, or plum colors, as well as fuchsia. Fuchsia is a bit intense than the usual pink, but it’s enough to make your blush makeup look bolder. It’s a great shade too for fair-skinned women with cool undertones.

4. Coral

This blush color is ideal for women whose complexion falls between fair to medium. It is also one of the best shades to complement your summer look.

Which blush color is the right one for Emma? My pick is pink, but any of the shades will do. You know, in the market you’ll come across all sorts of makeup colors and gradients like rose pink, mauve, etc. So consider this post merely as your guide – the basics. This way, shopping for and testing makeup blush is easier and faster.
