The Cambridge children make non stop news, from Princess Charlotte‘s signature sass and Prince George knowing he’s different to Prince Louis‘ inability to social distance.

Rumours around another baby have been circulating the Duchess of Cambridge for years, with followers and fans constantly on baby watch. But could a new baby Cambridge actually be on the way soon?

According to a body language expert, a key detail from the Duke and Duchess’ most recent royal outing suggests that a fourth baby Cambridge could be on the cards.

Speaking to Express.co.uk, body language expert Judi James analysed Kate and Wills as they interacted with locals on their tour of South Wales this week.

‘Their togetherness signals might suggest a new royal baby,’ Judi explained, adding: ‘Their other touches and tie signs would be more suggestive!’

Explaining how the couple has become more tactile, she continued: ‘The body language of Kate and William here suggests lock-down might have suited both their relationship as a couple and as a royal team as they appear more relaxed and in-tune than ever before.

‘The couple’s strong mirroring traits have always given clues of a like-minded relationship but here they seem happy to use many more tie-sign gestures than usual, keeping in communication with and enjoying one another’s company via glances, shared smiles and actual touches to allow us to glimpse more open affection and closeness.’

Since the couple’s royal appearance, the odds on whether Kate is expecting have increased, with bookies upping the odds on a fourth baby Cambridge to 1-2.

Kate Middleton addressed the reports of a fourth baby earlier this year during an official visit to Bradford. When asked if she would like to add to the Cambridge family, the 38-year-old replied: ‘I don’t think William wants any more.’

Kate is no stranger to talking about the potential of baby number four, exciting crowds at a royal engagement in Northern Ireland last year as she told the father of a newborn, ‘He’s so diddy. It makes me very broody!’

The father reportedly then asked her whether she would like a fourth baby, to which Kate replied: ‘I think William may be slightly worried!’

Talking about the likelihood of a fourth Cambridge baby, royal correspondents Emily Andrews and Omid Scobie discussed the comments last year on podcast ‘On Heir’.

‘I remember having a conversation with the Duchess a few months after Charlotte was born,’ the royal correspondent recalled. ‘She had just put Charlotte to sleep and said how lovely it was to have a baby around again.’

And when Omid reportedly asked her whether it made her want to have a third child, the Duchess replied: ‘Oh I would love to, but William would kill me if he heard me say that!’

‘Then of course, lo and behold, we had Prince Louis some time later,’ he reminded listeners.

Will there be a fourth baby Cambridge coming soon? Only time will tell.
